Enquiries

Iryna Viriasova uses the information in your enquiry to respond, discuss availability and plan a possible performance. This may include your name, contact details, event date, venue, city, guest count, musical preferences and message. Please don’t include payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

Storage and service providers

Enquiry records are stored by the website’s hosting service. Authorised booking tools may receive the information needed to respond or manage your request. These providers may process data outside British Columbia or Canada. Access should be limited to the people helping Iryna manage bookings.

Analytics and attribution

Optional analytics and advertising measurement are off unless you choose to allow them. When enabled, they help understand visits and enquiries. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and message text are not sent as analytics event parameters. Campaign tags in your arrival link may be saved with your enquiry only when you allow analytics. You can choose otherwise and still submit the form.

Videos and social links

Video cards open YouTube in a new tab when you choose to watch. YouTube applies its own privacy practices. Instagram, YouTube and Edelweiss are external websites with their own policies.

Your choices

You are not subscribed to marketing by making an enquiry. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, use the contact form and choose “Other”. Booking, payment and legal records may need to be retained where required. Cookie preferences can be changed in the footer.
